  Terrible service. I paid for home delivery and I've been waiting for more than ten days. They say that they have already passed by the address, which is not real, because in my house there is always someone. They don't answer the phone. Now I have to travel 45 km to pick up at the branch in person. Appalling!

  They are a disaster you call and they never answer the phone. They warn you that they are going to stop by your home and they don't show up, they waste time. They would have to deliver it to your home when you expected it.

  Days... and today since morning waiting... They're almost closed, they don't answer the phone, I don't know whether to go to the branch tomorrow, it's like 30 km!!!! And sometimes you go and it's in delivery!!! I don't know if they know that we work and we can't lose days. Notice now to free market... so they can see another medium...

  A disaster!! Very little organization for being a company of years, they do not answer the phone, they take time to deliver, since my package left for its destination on June 9, 22 and today is June 25, 22 and it has been stopped in General Roca 12 days ago. shame I feel cheated by the company

  They are a hogwash. Seriously they are the worst service there can be. They don't even deserve a star. × Zero Communication × there is no number where they answer × They put that they passed and they didn't even do it × a parcel takes you weeks and weeks. There is NOTHING IN FAVOR OF this "Company". I haven't been to the branch yet to see the customer service, but I don't expect much. A D E S A S T R E they are!
