::Terrible service. I paid for home delivery and I've been waiting for more than ten days. They say that they have already passed by the address, which is not real, because in my house there is always someone. They don't answer the phone. Now I have to travel 45 km to pick up at the branch in person. Appalling!

Ă Zero Communication Ă there is no number where they answer Ă They put that they passed and they didn't even do it Ă a parcel takes you weeks and weeks. There is NOTHING IN FAVOR OF this "Company". I haven't been to the branch yet to see the customer service, but I don't expect much. A D E S A S T R E they are!
