  They are terrible, they left me the notice of the second visit, never the first, I sent an email, because they do not answer the phone, and they told me that after the last visit it was 5 business days to be returned, I went today, 4th day and on the 19th they had already returned it. They are a disaster

  TERRIBLE SERVICE !!!! I was considered fulfilled a VISIT that NEVER HAD BEEN MADE (I did not miss my house). THE PHONE IS NOT ANSWERED. I do not recommend using it at all.

  Oca Mercedes, no atienden los teléfonos, mala atención personalmente, una lástima que brinden un servicio tan pero tan malo, no sé si será así en todos lados Oca, pero en Mercedes es un desastre total

  Third day trying to communicate with the branch without success, they publish a Telephone Number which they never answer. Theoretically they visited my home, something totally false. We have always had exceptional service in our area, but obviously the person who has been working in this area for years will not be in service, given the ineffectiveness with which they proceeded.

  It's a disaster!! It took 10 days to remove the package from the place where I bought it, then they told me that they would visit me, NOBODY NEVER WENT TO MY HOME since I waited all day. And now it appears that within 48 to 72 business hours they will reschedule the new shipping date. A SHAME. no one answers the phone.
