  The location of the place is comfortable to be near banking area and the ministries that are in the towers. The attention did not seem pleasant and the price too excessive for what I had consumed.

  The best thing that Café-Bar La Oficina has are its owners, Leo and Marcela, who offer magnificent attention, a place to have a good time and really enjoy a delicious coffee or any of their specialties.

  Emmmm. It is not one of the best places. You can smoke. The coffee is very good. The aesthetics are a bit weak. Although it has some paintings of artists of some importance
