  Buenas tardes! I agree with the opinion regarding the attention provided by that person, re badly leaves much to be desired apart from disrespectful, burlesque, does not listen but thinks what he thinks, total lack of respect. I don't understand how someone like that can work in customer service, if it's the least he does.
