  I have a Cancellation of Pledge (Car) to be withdrawn, since the Year 2019. They confirm me from the ICBC headquarters that in the bank's treasury (San Juan) they confirm that I travel calmly to withdraw it. I travel from La Rioja to San Juan, and being at the ICBC Bank in San Juan, they tell me that they do not have the Pledge Cancellation. This cannot HAPPEN in a Bank. Very irresponsible, unfortunate what happened. Today 03/09/2022 I CANNOT Sell my Car, Until I have that Warranty. I was attended by Mr: Cabello, Ricardo

  Bank located in the micro city center of San Juan on Mendoza and Laprida streets. Beautiful two-story premises, good cleaning but the treatment received by the people who arrive at said bank is far from the treatment they should have, in my personal case I was considered invisible in said Bank CoChino, unfortunate. I want to applaud the Policeman who put himself in my place and accelerated the process and the cashier who attended me, otherwise it leaves much to be desired .........

  Terrible and slow attention, zero empathy of the officers with the clients, 30 minutes we waited at the door at 10 am why they were cleaning ... a disaster

  Terrible service, attention at the bank. And if you want to ask for a turn on the bank page they never have a turn!!! I don't know what it exists for if they don't provide service!!!!! I choose any other bank
