  They are short staffed so there is a long wait. But they treat you well. They are friendly and resolve.

  Due to the bank's mistake, they made me a duplicate debit, which generated an overdraft, I tried to talk to someone and there was no way for a call to come in, they referred me to Home Banking through the App and there were no answers either. IT'S A DISASTER!!!

  Hello, good morning, I have more than 3 calls and you cut me off from the bank to not attend and the online shifts to talk to someone at the bank will not let you take it out. Fix that please I need to be able to take a turn soon I hope and I repeat I hope you read this publication. because I am very unhappy with the bank for this ineptitude of online service

  Bad customer service. If I go to the bank there is a tremendous delay and they never answer by phone. Is there really customer service? In my case they call me charging for the American Express card that I never got. And I have nowhere to make my complaint and request the plastic card.
