In the end, after several minutes without giving me a coherent answer, he replied that he was calling me the next day to better inform me how I had to do the process and today, after 4 days I did not get an answer, he did not even communicate. Train your employees, I know they are not to blame, but after 4 days without an answer, they do become part of the disastrous service.
