  impossible to use the banelco card in Brazil ALL the time it says transaction is not valid just opened account in dollars to be able to withdraw but it is not true. I tried many PLUS ATMs

  Very good, between I took out money and I left, a thing of crazy the speed of the cashier, I never saw one count the money so fast. Good card reading, not even a micro second of it withheld, the banknotes all avoid not one more or one less, so it is nice to go get money I congratulate you.
