::The attention of the secretaries is poor. They are not organized. There are endless lines. I don't know why you get an appointment in advance, for which you stood in line or called by phone, and then the day you come to your consultation, you have to go back to the endless line, to co-sign that you are. Many times it happens to me that it is already time for my shift and I am waiting for the secretary to see me for confirmation. They went up to organize themselves, there are many older people, mothers with very young children, people with reduced mobility, etc. Put yourself in someone else's shoes for a minute, please. ::Terrible, the secretaries are useless and on top of bad attention. They are super unpunctual with their shifts and when you have yours, they put 5 people later. A shame
