  Very slow service, the queues go out into the street and there are days that only one person attends the reception, they do not want to invest in employees.

  The attention of the secretaries is poor. They are not organized. There are endless lines. I don't know why you get an appointment in advance, for which you stood in line or called by phone, and then the day you come to your consultation, you have to go back to the endless line, to co-sign that you are. Many times it happens to me that it is already time for my shift and I am waiting for the secretary to see me for confirmation. They went up to organize themselves, there are many older people, mothers with very young children, people with reduced mobility, etc. Put yourself in someone else's shoes for a minute, please. Thank you

  Terrible, the secretaries are useless and on top of bad attention. They are super unpunctual with their shifts and when you have yours, they put 5 people later. A shame

  The bad thing about this Center is that those of us who live on the beach and need to consult something or ask for an appointment, it is impossible by phone! They do not attend or attend and cut you off. They should see that!
