  Good and fast customer service. Since I joined the BCO and had a problem, they always solved it for me. Any bank will always be better than San Juan

  Amazing. They say that self-service is available from 7am to 9pm, it's 8am and still nothing. We work, if we come at this time it's because we can't later. lousy service

  Very bad service, they call you to sell you insurance every month, and they end up scamming you why you never sign anything, to top it off you have to do an odyssey to get the card summary.
